Looks like a lot has been going on since CM got back from the Isle of Terror doesn't it? For those of you that may or may not remember, the character in panel 2 on the left made his first (and up to this point only) appearance back on December 9th, 2010 in TOACM #069 called "Internal Affairs".
As for the other two cops with him, you'll find out more about them soon enough. Stay tuned.
