Welcome back friends! Thank you to everyone who took a moment to comment on the strip last week! Your continued support of this (web)comic is much appreciated including all your "Likes" and "Re-tweets"! You're awesome!

Yesterday kicked off our TOACM TRICK-OR-TREAT FAN ART theme for October thanks to the amazingly talented Jay Fosgitt! Check it out here thecheckeredman.com/trick-or-treat-fan-art-by-jay-p-fosgitt and come back Friday to see the next entry by Mr. Tom (Marooned) Dell-Aringa!

Also you may have notice the weekly updates of Sgt. Mulveny's favorite football team the Exotic City Wildcats in the Exotic City Times blog. The week 4 wrap-up will post Thursday! GO 'CATS!

If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook (and if you don't, why not?) you've probably been seeing my #SketchcardOfTheWeek. I'll be working on a monster/horror theme during the month of October. The first two entries posted yesterday. Go check out ZOMBIE and VAMPIRE at sketchcardoftheweek.storenvy.com.

Here are a couple of snapshots of this week's comic in progress taken with my iPhone. I snapped these just after I started inking. People have asked me before why I start in the middle of the page on panel 2 and not in panel 1. Why? Because I felt like it! =0)

Seriously though, I don't usually have a set rhythm or rhyme of where I do or do not start. It's usually an impulse that occurs right before I start slinging ink.
